Hayk Vahe Papukhyan, MD is a dedicated Internal Medicine physician committed to compassionate, evidence-based care and medical excellence. He earned his medical degree from Yerevan State Medical University in 2014 and completed his residency at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital from 2018–2021.

Dr. Papukhyan is affiliated with USC Verdugo Hills Hospital, Elevate Health Group, and CareNow Medical Group, where he focuses on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, cardiovascular health, and wellness.

He also specializes in medical weight loss, helping patients achieve sustainable results through personalized treatment plans and lifestyle guidance. In addition, he has contributed to research in critical care and cardiovascular medicine through publications and national conference presentations.

Alina Ter-Grigorian, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with extensive experience in acute care and patient-centered medicine. She earned her Master’s degree with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization from United States University, where she developed advanced clinical knowledge and a strong foundation in evidence-based practice.

Alina is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Her clinical approach emphasizes professionalism, patient education, preventive care, and timely treatment to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes.
